摘要
可追溯性在农产品质量和安全管理中起着至关重要的作用,基于物联网(IoT)的农产品溯源系统为农产品的质量监控和信息追溯提供了可行的解决方案。但是,目前IoT下的农产品溯源系统信息传输效率低、实时性差,而且大多数依赖于集中式服务器-客户端的模式,使得消费者很难获取准确的交易信息并跟踪农产品的来源。因此,文章设计了基于区块链的5G-IoT农产品溯源平台。将5G技术应用于IoT农产品溯源,可以有效地解决IoT系统产生的海量数据实时传输慢的问题;区块链可以保证信息不可篡改,其中联盟区块链具有较强的可控性,非常适用于多种责任主体的农产品溯源系统。文章首先介绍了当前农产品供应链溯源的环节和存在的问题,然后基于5G-IoT对农产品溯源系统,设计了基于联盟链的5G-IoT农产品溯源平台。研究结果证明了该平台能够提高农产品信息溯源的效率,为从业人员、管理人员和消费者提供真实、可靠的农产品信息,并对改善农产品的可持续质量管理具有积极作用。
Traceability plays a vital role in agricultural product quality and safety management.The Internet of Things(IoT)based agricultural product traceability system provides a viable solution for agricultural product quality monitoring and information tracing.However,the current agricultural product traceability system under the IoT has low information transmission efficiency and poor real-time performance,and most of them rely on a centralized server-client model,making it difficult for consumers to obtain accurate transaction information and track the origin of agricultural products.Therefore,the article designed a 5G-IoT agricultural product traceability platform based on blockchain.The application of 5G technology to the traceability of IoT agricultural products can effectively solve the problem of slow transmission of massive data generated by the IoT system in real time;the blockchain can ensure that the information cannot be tampered with,and the consortium blockchain has strong controllability and is very suitable for the traceability system of agricultural products of multiple responsible subjects.The article first introduces the links and problems of the current agricultural product supply chain traceability,then based on the 5G-IoT traceability system for agricultural products,a 5G-IoT traceability platform for agricultural products based on the alliance chain was designed.The results of the research prove that the platform can improve the efficiency of agricultural product information tracing,provide real,reliable agricultural product information for practitioners,managers and consumers,and play a positive role in improving the sustainable quality management of agricultural products.
