摘要
目的分析PICC护理质量管理中应用持续质量管理的效果。方法利用奇偶法对该院在2018年1月—2019年6月收治的64例PICC置管患者分为实验组和对比组进行研究,每组患者均32例,实验组患者行持续质量管理,对比组患者行常规护理管理,对比两组患者最终管理效果。结果两组患者管理后患者置管并发症发生概率,实验组患者置管管理后并发症发生概率12.51%低于对比组置管管理后并发症发生概率34.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PICC护理质量管理中应用持续质量管理手段效果显著,能够降低患者的并发症发生,在提升患者护理满意程度方面有着一定的促进作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality management in PICC nursing quality management.Methods Using the parity method,64 patients with PICC intubation in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into experimental group and comparison group for research,each group had 32 patients,and the experimental group received continuous quality management.Patients in the comparison group received routine care management,and the final management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The probability of complications in the two groups of patients.The probability of complications in the experimental group after intubation management was 12.51%lower than that in the control group 34.39%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality management methods in PICC nursing quality management has a significant effect,which can minimize the proportion of patients with complications and play a certain role in improving patient care satisfaction.
