摘要
中药半枝莲是唇形科植物半枝莲(Scutellaria barbarta D. Don)的干燥全草,具有清热解毒、利尿消肿功效。国内外学者对半枝莲的化学成分进行研究,从该植物中分离得到了大量的黄酮、二萜、多糖和少量的三萜类成分。近十五年的研究发现,半枝莲中黄酮类和二萜类化学成分对肿瘤细胞有一定的抑制作用。该文综述了植物半枝莲化学成分及其抗肿瘤机制的研究进展,为半枝莲抗肿瘤的物质基础研究提供启发。
Chinese medicine Scutellaria barbata is a dried whole grass of the labiatae Scutellaria barbarta D. Don. It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. A large number of flavonoids,diterpenoids,polysaccharides and a small amount of triterpenoids were isolated from the plant. Studies in the past fifteen years have shown that flavonoids and diterpenoids in Scutellaria barbata have a certain inhibitory effect on tumor cells. This article reviews the research progress of the chemical constituents and antitumor mechanisms of Scutellaria barbata,and provides inspiration for the research on the material basis of anti-tumor.
