摘要
扶阳理论的核心思想是"阳主阴从",包含通阳和温阳两层含义;其理论构架是"内阳外阴",即阴阳本体结构。新型冠状病毒肺炎多从"寒湿疫"立论,扶阳学派认为其总体治疗思路应以三焦次第治疗为总纲,早、中期治法应以通阳为原则,后期及恢复期治法应以温阳为原则,旨在恢复阳气的宣通或温补之功,以达治本之目的。
The core idea of Fuyang’s theory is"Yang is the principal and Yin is the auxiliary",which includes two meanings:Tongyang and Wenyang,and its theoretical framework is"internal Yang and external Yin",that is the original structure of Yin-Yang.COVID-19 is mostly named"cold and damp epidemic".Fuyang school believes that the general principle of COVID-19 should be based on triple-Jiao order therapy,the early and mid-term treatment should be based on the principle of Tongyang,and the later and recovery periods should be treated by Wenyang,which aims at restoring the power of Xuantong or Wenbu for Yangqi,in order to achieve the purpose of complete cure.
