摘要
针对采煤机截齿易磨损、消耗量大、使用寿命短等问题,对截齿表面强化技术进行研究,通过对比采煤机截齿常用的表面强化技术,结合实际生产,选用等离子熔覆技术制备截齿表面强化涂层,并对截齿进行硬度、抗剪强度、冲击韧性、耐磨性测试。研究结果表明,试验制备的具有表面强化涂层的采煤机截齿性能优于煤炭行业标准要求,并且耐磨性相比一般截齿明显提升,采煤机截齿表面强化涂层能够延长截齿使用寿命。
Aiming at the problems of shearer picks such as easy wear,large consumption,and short service life,researched the surface strengthening technology of picks. By comparing the commonly used surface strengthening technologies for shearer picks,combined with actual production,the plasma cladding technology was selected to prepare the pick surface strengthening coating,and the picks were tested for hardness,shear strength,impact toughness,and wear resistance. The research results show that the experimentally prepared shearer picks with a surface-enhanced coating have better performance than the coal industry standard requirements,the wear resistance is significantly improved compared with general picks,and the surface-enhanced coating on picks can prolong the service life of the pick.
