摘要
根据矿用截齿的损坏形式,分析其失效的原因,通过在硬质合金、截齿体材质、焊缝间隙、钎焊及热处理工艺等方面的研究,寻找出提高矿用截齿性能的技术途径,为截齿的研制工作提供了参考。
According to the distress Condition of the bits used for mine, analysed the failure reasons. By researching for carbide, bits body material, welded seam clearance, braze welding and heat treatment process, finded the technical way of improving the bits performance used for the mine. The paper is a reference for manufacturing bits.
