摘要
目的探究金匮肾气丸对甘油性急性肾衰竭大鼠肾功能的改善作用。方法24只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、肾衰组和治疗组,每组8只。肾衰组和治疗组的肾衰模型采用甘油注射法,造模后治疗组给予4.0 g/kg金匮肾气丸4 d,其余组给予等量生理盐水作为对照。结果至实验结束时,对照组存活8只,肾衰组存活4只,治疗组存活6只。金匮肾气丸灌胃治疗后,治疗组的血肌酐水平明显低于肾衰组(P<0.05);治疗组的尿蛋白水平明显低于肾衰组(P<0.05);治疗组的尿液镜检管型水平明显低于肾衰组(P<0.05);治疗组、肾衰组的肾/体质量比明显高于对照组(P<0.05),但治疗组与肾衰组的肾/体质量比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸对急性肾衰竭大鼠的肾功能有一定的改善作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Jingui Shenqi Pills on the improvement of renal function in rats with glycerol acute renal failure.Methods:24 male rats were randomly divided into the control group,renal failure group,and treatment group,8 rats in each group.The renal failure model was established by glycerin-injection in the renal failure group and the treatment group.After modeling,the treatment group was given 4.0 g/kg of Jingui Shenqi Pills by gavage administration for 4 days,and the remaining groups were given the same amount of normal saline as the control.Results:At the end of the experiment,8 rats in the control group,4 rats in the renal failure group,and 6 rats in the treatment group survived.After gavage administration of Jingui Shenqi Pills,the serum creatinine level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the renal failure group(P<0.05);the urinary protein level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the renal failure group(P<0.05);the urinary cylinder level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the renal failure group(P<0.05);the renal/weight ratio of the treatment group and the renal failure group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the renal failure group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jingui Shenqi Pills have certain improvement effect on the renal function in rats with acute renal failure.
