摘要
目的观察清热止痛膏外敷联合特定电磁波照射治疗急性痛风的临床疗效。方法80例患者按照随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组两组。观察组采用清热止痛膏外敷联合特定电磁波治疗,对照组采用双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外敷治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效,症状及体征的缓解情况。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗前关节疼痛程度、关节红肿程度、关节压痛程度、关节症状、体征评分、CRP、ESR、UA水平比较,差别均不大(均P>0.05)。治疗后两组关节疼痛程度、关节红肿程度、关节压痛程度、关节症状、体征评分、CRP、ESR、UA水平与治疗前比较均改善(均P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论清热止痛膏外敷联合特定电磁波治疗急性痛风疗效确切,能显著改善患者的关节疼痛、发热及红肿等症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of heat-clearing and pain-relieving ointment combined with specific electromagnetic wave irradiation on acute gout.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute gout were divided into two groups by random number table method;the observation group was treated by external application of heat-clearing and pain-relieving ointment combined with specific electromagnetic wave,and the control group was treated by external application of diclofenac diethylamine emulgel.The clinical efficacy,symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the observation group was the better(P<0.05);after treatment,the joint symptoms and signs of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was the better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of heat-clearing and pain-relieving ointment combined with specific electromagnetic wave is effective in the treatment of acute gout,which can significantly improve the symptoms such as joint pain,fever and swelling.
