摘要
目的观察加巴喷丁联合特定电磁波治疗枕神经痛的疗效以及对蛋白激酶C的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月河南省黄河三门峡医院收治的121例枕神经痛患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为加巴喷丁组40例、特定电磁波组40例以及加巴喷丁+特定电磁波组41例。加巴喷丁组采用口服加巴喷丁胶囊治疗;特定电磁波组采用特定电磁波治疗仪治疗;加巴喷丁+特定电磁波组采用口服加巴喷丁胶囊与特定电磁波治疗仪联合治疗;均连续治疗2周。比较三组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、睡眠障碍评分以及血浆蛋白激酶C水平。结果加巴喷丁组与加巴喷丁+特定电磁波组在治疗后1、2周的VAS评分、睡眠障碍评分以及蛋白激酶C水平均显著低于治疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.05);特定电磁波组在治疗后1周VAS评分、蛋白激酶C水平与治疗前相比的差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后2周的VAS评分、蛋白激酶C水平显著低于治疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.05);加巴喷丁+特定电磁波组在治疗后1、2周的VAS评分、睡眠障碍评分以及蛋白激酶C水平均显著低于加巴喷丁组、特定电磁波组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论加巴喷丁联合特定电磁波治疗枕神经痛相比于单纯加巴喷丁治疗以及特定电磁波治疗在减轻患者疼痛、改善患者的睡眠以及降低蛋白激酶C方面优势显著,临床有效、可行。
Objective To explore the clinical observation on gabapentin combined with specific electromagnetic wave for occipital neuralgia and its effect on protein kinase C.Method A total of 121 patients with occipital neuralgia in HuangheSanmenxia Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into 40 patients in the gabapentin group,40 patients in the specific electromagnetic wave group and 41 patients in the gabapentin+specific electromagnetic wave group.The patients of gabapentin group were treated with oral gabapentin capsules.The patients of specific electromagnetic wave group were treated with specific electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus.The patients of gabapentin+specific electromagnetic wave group were treated with the combination of oral gabapentin capsule and specific electromagnetic wave therapeutic apparatus.All patients were treated for 2 weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,sleep disorder score and protein kinase C level of teh three groups were compared before and after treatment.Result Visual analogue scale(VAS)score,sleep disorder score and protein kinase C level in the gabapentin group and gabapentin+specific electromagnetic wave group were significantly lower at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score and protein kinase C level in the specific electromagnetic wave group at the time of 1 week after treatment compared with those before treatment.VAS score and protein kinase C level were significantly lower 2 weeks after treatment than those before treatment in the specific electromagnetic wave group(P<0.05).VAS score,sleep disorder score and protein kinase C level in the gabapentin+specific electromagnetic wave group were significantly lower than those in the gabapentin group and specific electromagnetic wave group after 1 and 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Gabapentin combined with specific electromagnetic wave in the treatment of occipital neuralgia not only has significant advantages over gabapentin alon
