热致变色微胶囊的制备及性能研究(二)

摘要 以内酯类的热敏染料为发色剂,双酚A为显色剂,2-(4-节氧基苯基)-乙基癸酸酯为溶剂,将它们按一定比例混合后制成微胶囊的芯材;将二乙烯基苯与苯乙烯按经原位聚合成为微胶囊的壁材,两者通过一定的制备工艺得到热致变色的微胶囊。测试了微胶囊的形貌特征、变色性能、变色疲劳性、耐溶剂性和耐热稳定性。结果表明,所得微胶囊呈球状且均匀,在605℃呈无色,当温度降低到-5℃及以下分别显蓝色、黄色、红色和绿色。此微胶囊的变色性能具有可循环性,且具有良好的耐溶剂性能和耐热稳定性。 The core materials of the microcapsules were prepared by three materials in certain ratio.They were the thermal dyes with lactones as the color formers,bisphenol A as the color developing agent and(2-4-benzyloxyphenyl)ethyl phthalate as the solvent.The wall materials of microcapsules were obtained via in-situ polymerization with the divinyl benzene and styrene.The thermochromic microcapsules were obtained with the two kinds of materials by certain preparation technology.The morphology,discoloration,fatigue performance,solvent resistance and heat stability of the prepared microcapsules were tested.The results showed that the microcapsules were spherical,uniformly distributed and colorless at 605℃.They displayed blue,yellow,red and green respectively when the temperature was less than-55℃.The discoloration properties of the microcapsules were recurrent,and the solvent resistance and heat stability were excellent.
