摘要
目的:评价皮敏消胶囊抗炎抗过敏的药理作用机制。方法:通过蛋白、细胞、动物实验来评价皮敏消胶囊的抗炎、抗过敏药理指标。结果:皮敏消胶囊在细胞、动物水平上没有毒性,且能够抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀率、抑制毛细管通透性的增加、提高炎症模型小鼠血清中INF-γ/IL-4的比值,下调NO/NOS表达,并降低血浆丙氨酸转移酶活力,且能够显著降低炎症小鼠血清中TNF-α的含量。结论:皮敏消胶囊可以通过多种通路发挥抗炎抗过敏作用,并且药理作用显著,无毒性。
Objective To evaluate the pharmacological action mechanism of Piminxiao capsule on anti-inflammatory and antiallergy.Methods The anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic pharmacological indexes of Piminxiao capsule were evaluated by protein,cell and animal experiments.Results Piminxiao capsule was non-toxic at the cell and animal level,and could inhibit the swelling rate of the auricles of mice,inhibit the increase of capillary permeability,and increase the ratio of INF-γ/IL-4 in the serum of mice with infl ammation model down-regulating the expression of NO/NOS,as well as reducing plasma alanine transferase activity,can signifi cantly reduce the content of TNF-αin the serum of inflammatory mice.Conclusion Piminxiao capsule can exert anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects through various pathways,and has significant pharmacological effects without toxicity.
