摘要
糖类可分为单糖、双糖和多糖,不仅是人体内产生热能的主要物质,对动物采食也具有重要调控作用。采食行为主要受下丘脑食欲中枢的稳态调节,下丘脑弓状核可直接传导神经信号,也可分泌刺鼠相关蛋白(AgRP)和神经肽Y(NPY)等调节采食;动物在非饥饿状态下摄入可口食物会传入大脑奖赏系统产生奖赏效应,从而促进采食奖赏行为的发生,主要涉及到中脑边缘系统的多巴胺奖赏系统。目前对于不同糖类对畜禽采食量的调控和作用机制尚不完善,本文依据大量国内外研究成果对糖类调控畜禽采食行为的研究进展作一综述。
Sugar,which can be divided into monosaccharides,disaccharides and polysaccharides,is one of the most important energy sources of an organism,and also play a significant role in feeding regulate. It is believed that feeding behavior is under the complex control of hypothalamic appetite center and midbrain dopamine reward system. The arcuate nucleus of hypothalamus could both conduct neural signal directly and secrete feeding-related peptides such as agouti-related protein(AgRP)and neuropeptide Y(NPY). Animals under non starvation condition,consumption of delicious food activates reward system mainly in midbrain thus to promote food intake. So far,the effects of different sugars on animal feeding regulation are incomplete yet,based on a large number of domestic and foreign studies,this article gave a review of the regulation effect of sugar on animal feeding behavior.
