摘要
《护理岗位能力综合实训》是基于护理工作过程的一门综合性应用课程,共设28个临床护理工作岗位,在该课程的思政教学改革中,通过团队管理法、分阶段MBO管理法、PDCA循环管理法以及情景教学模式,凝练岗位思政元素,设计具体教学方案,并积极进行教学实践。具体课堂教学从课前、课中、课后三个环节展开,体现以护生为主体,教师为主导,思政与岗位能力为主线的教学过程,学生在岗位与角色体验中提升临床思维能力,在自主资料查阅与交流中熏陶岗位职业素养。
The Comprehensive Training of Nursing Post Competence is a comprehensive application course based on nursing work process,which has 28 clinical nursing posts in total.In the ideological and political teaching reform of this course,MBO management method,PDCA cycle management method and situational teaching mode are adopted to refine the ideological and political elements of positions,design specific teaching plans and actively carry out teaching practice.The specific classroom teaching is carried out from the three links before,during and after class,reflecting the teaching process with nursing students as the main body,teachers as the leader,and ideological and political thinking and post ability as the main line.Students can improve their clinical thinking ability through post and role experience,and their post professional quality can be cultivatedthrough independent data consulting and communication.
