摘要
文章主要研究在驱动轴的运动分析中加入28个工况的动力总成运动的方法,通过应用CATIA中的设计表功能,创建一个带有描述动力总成平移和翻转的运动参数的内球笼数据模型。在整合进入悬架运动模型后,可以实现悬架运动模型可实时描述动力总成运动的功能,达到简化分析过程,提高工作效率的目的。结果表明,该方法应用简便,可提高驱动轴运动分析的准确性,缩短了开发周期。
This paper mainly studies the method of adding 28 working conditions of the power assembly to the motion analysis of the Driving shaft.It created an inner cage model with motion parameters describing the power assembly’s translation and flip,by using the design table feature in CATIA.After integration into the suspension motion model,in real time,it realize the function of describing the power assembly’s motion in the suspension motion model.And it simplify the analysis process and improve work efficiency.The result shows that this method is simple to use,and it can improve the accuracy of driving shaft motion analysis,and shorten the development cycle.
