摘要
新时代警务政治观,是指由公安警务建设的政治方向、警务活动的政治立场、警务行为的政治规范和警务保障的政治能力等形成的思想观念、态度和价值取向。政治建警作为公安机关队伍建设的首要任务,其在提升人民警察队伍纯洁性和战斗力方面发挥了重要作用。针对国内和国际局势的发展变化,立足社会治安形势呈现的新特点和面临的新挑战,从延续政治传承、牢记政治首位、永葆政治忠诚、坚定政治信仰、敢于政治斗争等角度入手,紧密结合习总书记关于公安工作的系列重要讲话精神,重在理解和把握符合新时代要求的警务政治观的内涵与实践要求。
The political view of police affairs in the new era refers to the ideological concept,attitude and value orientation formed by the political direction of police affairs construction,the political stand of police activities,the political norm of police conduct and the political ability of police affairs guarantee.As the primary task of the team construction of public security organs,political police has played an important role in improving the purity and fighting capacity of the people's police force.For the development of the domestic and international situation changes,on the basis of social security presents new characteristics and new challenge,this article from the continuation of political tradition,keep in mind the political priority,eternal political loyalty,firm political faith,dare to aspects such as politics,closely with Xi general secretary of the public security work a series of important speech spirit,emphasis on understanding and grasp to meet the requirements of the new era of the connotation of political theory and practice of police.
