摘要 针对漏拆配电网检修线路临时接地线而引起的带接地线合闸问题,研制了一种基于三相信号注入法的智能便携式临时接地线检测装置,实现了接地线状态的快速判断及接地线位置的快速定位。装置核心处理芯片采用数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),通过智能功率模块(intelligent power module,IPM)芯片产生特定频率的三相交流信号注入线路中,对回路电压电流进行采样分析,并采用基于Android系统的嵌入式ARM(advanced RISC machines)实现人机交互与线路拓扑结构输入,检测全程通过ARM内置软件完成。样机测试结果表明,利用该装置可快速判断是否存在接地线及短路类型,有效避免带接地线合闸事故,有助于操作人员迅速定位并拆除接地线。 Aiming at the problem of grounding wire closing caused by leakage disassembly of temporary grounding wire of the distribution network,a kind of intelligent portable temporary grounding wire detection device based on the three-phase signal injection method is developed to quickly judge the state of grounding wire and fast locate the grounding wire.The core processing chip of the device uses the digital signal processor(DSP),and uses the intelligent power module(IPM)chip to generate the three-phase AC signal at a specified frequency into the line and makes sample analysis for the loop voltage and current.By using the embedded ARM based on Android system,the device can realize the human-computer interaction and input of the topology structure of the temporary line.The entire process of the detection is finished by the software running in the ARM.Finally,the prototype test results show that the device can be used to quickly determine whether there is a grounding wire and the type of short circuit,effectively avoiding the accident of closing with a grounding wire,and helping the operator to quickly locate and remove the grounding wire.
