摘要
利用暂态功率方向实现小电流接地故障检测具有独特的优势。电容分压式、电阻分压式等电压传感器在分段开关上的推广应用,为利用暂态功率方向的小电流接地故障分段定位及隔离等处理技术铺平了道路。分析了小电流接地故障暂态零序电压、电流以及对应的暂态(无功)功率在故障线路上的分布规律;针对辐射型线路,提出了基于暂态功率方向与延时配合的小电流接地故障保护方案;针对手拉手型线路,为满足已有带通信条件的集中式、分布式与无通信条件的就地型等不同模式馈线自动化的需求,分别给出基于暂态功率方向的小电流接地故障定位、隔离与恢复方案。该技术能够适应不同模式配电网自动化系统与配电线路保护装置,实现小电流接地故障的快速、准确处理。通过静态模拟测试系统对该方法进行了验证。
The transient power direction based single-phase earth fault detections in non-solidly earthed network have unique advantages.The popularization and application of the voltage sensor in section switch based on the capacitor divider and resistor divider make the fault location and isolation by using the transient power direction possible in non-solidly earthed network.The distribution rules of the transient zero sequence voltage,transient zero sequence current as well as the transient reactive power in the fault line are analyzed.For the radial network and the hand in hand network,a protection scheme based on the transient power direction delayed cooperating with the terminal units is proposed.For the hand in hand network,in order to satisfy the requirements of different feeder automation modes,like centralized mode and distributed mode with communication condition as well as the local mode without communication condition,three fault location,isolation and restoration schemes based on the transient power direction are proposed respectively.The technology can adapt to different distribution network automation system modes and distribution line protection devices,and can realize the fault location,isolation and protection quickly and accurately in non-solidly earthed network.The schemes are verified by the static simulation test system.
