摘要
纵观目前国内各铝厂轧机运行行为可以发现,轧机的工作辊操作侧轴承在轴承座弯辊力作用下运行状况严重不良,烧损和提前破坏频繁发生,这不但使轴承成本变大,还会使整个轧制生产线无法正常工作。拟针对冷轧机工作辊操作侧支承轴承系统在弯辊力作用下的力学性能以及轴承失效原因进行分析,分析支承轴承系统中的辊颈、四列圆柱滚子轴承、双列角接触球轴承以及轴承座的一体化受力状况,对系统零部件在弯辊力作用下的弯曲变形进行求解,推导出挠度计算公式,通过MATLAB对轴承在偏载时的载荷分布进行数值计算求解。最后通过ANSYS进行有限元分析验证一体化模型的正确性。
In this paper,the mechanical properties of the backup bearing system on the operation side of the cold rolling mill under the action of bending force and the failure reasons of the bearing are analyzed.The integrated stress conditions of the roll neck,four row cylindrical roller bearing,double row angular contact ball bearing and bearing pedestal in the supporting bearing system are analyzed,the bending deformation of the system components under the action of bending force is solved,and the deflection calculation formula is derived.The load distribution of the bearing under unbalanced load is calculated by MATLAB.Finally,the correctness of the integrated model is verified by ANSYS finite element analysis.
