摘要
采用全数字化、全网络化集散控制技术的1800mm铝箔冷轧机控制系统,实现速度、张力、厚度控制。介绍了卷径计算、线速度测量、张力控制、AGC系统的位置控制、压力控制、压力补偿控制的方法。采用高精度、快速响应的数字式速度控制,使该冷轧机的AGC系统具有先进、可靠、精度高的特点,可以将铝带的厚度控制在μm级,满足用户对冷轧铝带的高精度需求。
1 800 mm aluminum foil cold rolling mill control system applied fully-networked and fully-digitalization distributed control system, to realize the completed speed control, tension control and automatic gauge control. Some methods for roll diameter compute, velocity measurement, tension control, position control, pressure control, compensation pressure control with the automatic gauge control were introduced. Based on high accuracy, fast response digital speed control, automatic gauge control for tandem cold mill is advanced, reliable and accurate. The thickness accuracy of strip can be controlled in micrometer level, so the system can meet user's requirement for high accuracy cold rolling strip.
