摘要
综述超临界流体萃取技术的基本原理、萃取流程、溶剂、装置和技术特点,介绍其在啤酒、烟草、色素、植物籽油,咖啡等食品生产中的应用现状和相关试验研究成果,为超临界流体萃取技术的进一步发展提供理论参考。
The basic principle,extraction process,solvent,equipment and technical characteristics of supercritical fluid extraction technology were summarized,and its application status and related experimental research results in beer,tobacco,pigment,plant seed oil,coffee and other food production were introduced,which provided theoretical reference for the further development of supercritical fluid extraction technology.
