摘要
阐述了增稠液体流质属性的衡量标准,综述了增稠剂在老年吞咽障碍病人评估、在误吸及吸入性肺炎预防中的应用现状及其对吞咽功能的影响,总结了增稠剂在老年吞咽障碍病人中应用的注意事项,以期为医护人员合理使用增稠剂提供借鉴。
This paper explained the measure standards of fluid properties of thickening agent.It summarized the application status of thickening agent in evaluation of elderly patients with dysphagia,in prevention of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia and its effect on swallowing function.It also summarized the application precautions of thickening agent in elderly patients with dysphagia.It aimed at providing additives for medical staff to use thickening agent.
