摘要
2022年冬奥会是山东冰雪产业发展的一个重要契机,但现阶段山东冰雪产业发展及支持政策仍存在很多不足。因此采用文献资料法、实地调查、问卷访问、逻辑分析等方法,对山东冰雪产业发展进行研究,山东冰雪产业还存在冰雪氛围不足,硬件设施不足,人才缺乏等问题。提出针对冰雪氛围不足问题可以引进智能技术中智能虚拟场景让人们提前感受;硬件设施方面不足可以加快政策法规落实、提高硬件设施建设;针对人才缺乏问题,可以加强人才培养,如学校青少年人才培养、引进职业运动员等。最后总结得出:山东应该从政策实施、人才引进、设备建设、智能制造等方面改进冰雪运动产业,从而促进冰雪运动产业发展。
The 2022 Winter Olympic Games is an important opportunity for the development of the ice and snow industry in Shandong Province,but there are still many deficiencies in the development and supporting policies of the ice and snow industry in Shandong Province at this stage.Therefore,by using the methods of literature review,field survey,questionnaire interview and logical analysis,the development of ice and snow industry in Shandong Province is studied.There are still some problems in Shandong ice and snow industry,such as lack of ice and snow atmosphere,lack of hardware facilities and lack of talents.In view of the lack of ice and snow atmosphere,intelligent virtual scene in intelligent technology can be introduced to let people feel in advance;the lack of hardware facilities can speed up the implementation of policies and regulations and improve the construction of hardware facilities;in view of the lack of talents,we can strengthen talent training,such as the cultivation of young talents in schools and the introduction of professional athletes.Finally,it is concluded that Shandong should improve the ice and snow sports industry from the policy implementation,talent introduction,equipment construction,intelligent manufacturing and other aspects,so as to promote the development of ice and snow sports industry.
