摘要
鸡蛋品质是鸡蛋生产者和消费者都非常关注的性状,为分析不同鸡群蛋品质的差异,本试验测定了济宁某鸡场8种鸡群43周龄各30枚蛋共16项常规蛋品质指标。结果:青脚红鸡蛋重比济宁百日鸡(小型)高出20.53%,青脚红鸡蛋形指数显著高于其余7个鸡群(P<0.05);矮脚鸡蛋壳厚度比济宁百日鸡(小型)高出8.85%;黑羽绿壳蛋鸡、矮脚鸡的蛋白高度和哈氏单位显著高于其余鸡群(P<0.05);济宁百日鸡(小型)蛋黄比、蛋黄蛋白比最高。从鸡群内差异角度来看,济宁百日鸡(小型)变异系数稳定性差,说明该鸡群遗传多样性更丰富。
More and more researchers and consumers are paying attention to egg quality.And this study was to identify the variations among different groups laying hens.Eight groups of hens in a chicken farm in Jining City were selected as experimental animals.30 eggs of each group of hens at 43 weeks of age were picked,and 16 indicators of the eggs were measured.The results were as follows:The average weight of eggs by Partridge Shank hens was 20.53%higher than that of Jiningbairi hens(miniature laying hens),and their egg shape index was significantly higher than that of the other seven groups of hens(P<0.05).The eggshell thickness of the dwarf chickens was 8.85%higher than that of Jiningbairi hens.The albumen height and the Haugh unit of eggs by the black-feather green-shell laying hens and dwarf chickens were significantly greater than that of the other groups(P<0.05).The egg/yolk ration and the percentage of yolk of Jiningbairi hens were the highest of all the hen groups.Based on the differences in varieties,Jiningbairi chicken(miniature)showed the worse performance with high coefficient of variation,indicating that this chicken group was more genetically diverse.
