Objective To explore the effect of cognitive behavior intervention nursing on negative emotion and self-efficacy of patients undergoing cardiac bypass grafting. Methods From January 2018 to March 2019, 84 patients undergoingcardiac bypass grafting in a hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a trial group with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the routine nursing, while the trial group was treated with the cognitive behavior interven-tion nursing. The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS), self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and general self-efficacy scale(GSES) were investigated and compared between two groups. Results After the interventions, the scores of SDS and SAS ofthe trial group were(35.62±5.51) points and(36.51±5.78) respectively, which were lower than those of the control group[(42.13±4.76) points and(44.33±4.43) points], and there were significant differences between two groups(P < 0.05);thescore of GSES of the trial group was(29.84±4.72) points, which was higher than that of the control group [(24.64±4.58)points], and there was a significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the routine nursing, the cognitive behavior intervention nursing is helpful to alleviate the negative emotion, and improve the self-efficacy and thequality of life in the patients undergoing cardiac bypass grafting, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
