S100A8/A9在头颈部肿瘤发生发展中的作用及机制 被引量:3

摘要 钙防卫蛋白是由S100A8及S100A9蛋白以钙离子依赖性方式组成的异源二聚体,能够调控细胞的增殖、分化以及凋亡,在感染及肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。S100A8/A9在大多头颈部肿瘤组织中低表达,通过以蛋白磷酸酶2α依赖的方式阻断细胞周期G2/M检查点,进而抑制癌细胞的增殖,发挥重要的抑癌作用。S100A8/A9在头颈部肿瘤组织中的低表达与鳞状细胞分化不良、表皮生长因子受体表达上调、DNA甲基化水平的增强以及肿瘤患者生存率的降低密切相关。 Calprotectin is a calcium-dependent heterodimer composed of S100 A8 and S100 A9 proteins,which can regulate cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,and play an important role in infection,tumorigenesis and so on.S100 A8/A9 is low expressed in most head and neck tumor tissues and plays an important anti-cancer role by arresting at the G2/M checkpoint of cell cycle in a protein phosphatase-2α dependent manner,thereby inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells.The low expression of S100 A8/A9 in head and neck tumor tissues is closely associated with poor squamous cell differentiation,upregulation of epidermal growth factor receptor,enhanced DNA methylation,and reduced survival rate of the tumor patients.
