摘要
在当前经济全球一体化的影响下,物流行业的作为新兴产业,地位作用日益凸显,逐渐成为当前经济的重要发展基础,尤其是在自贸区发展中,物流转包经营能够提高物流转运速度,降低经济发展成本,使得物流行业享有极为重要的一席之地。而在物流转包经营中存在较大的法律风险,需要自贸区物流企业采取相对应的规避对策。文章以自贸区物流发展为出发点,结合物流转包经营发展现状,针对转包存在的法律风险,提出规避措施,为自贸区物流行业发展提供理论支撑。
Influenced by economic global integration,logistics,as a new industry,becomes more and more prominent in its status and role,and gradually becomes a major basis of the current economic development.Logistics subcontracting can enhance the efficiency of logistics transfer,and lower economic development costs,especially in the development of Free Trade Zone,thus propelling the logistics to where it is today.However,great legal risks exist in logistics subcontracting operation and mitigation measures are required on the part of logistics enterprises in the Free Trade Zone.This paper first combs out the logistics development in Free Trade Zone and status quo of logistics subcontracting operation,and proposes mitigation measures targeted at the potential legal risks,providing theoretical support for the development of logistics in Free Trade Zone.
