摘要
目的:完善我国保健功能法律法规及管理措施,提高保健功能评价的专业性。方法:研究比较欧盟健康声称和我国保健功能管理法规的异同。结果:与我国保健功能采用目录管理相比,欧盟健康声称采用分类名单管理,强调科学论证和消费者理解。结论:我国保健功能管理与欧盟健康声称管理各有特点,欧盟分类名单管理、科学评估模式、知识产权保护等值得我国借鉴。
[Objective]To improve China’s health care function laws and regulations and management measures to improve the professional evaluation of health care function.[Method]The differences and similarities between EU health claim and Chinese health care function regulation were compared.[Result]Compared with the catalogue management of health care function in our country,the EU health claims were managed using classified lists,with emphasis on scientific reasoning and consumer understanding.[Conclusion]The management of health care function in China and the management of health claim in EU have their own characteristics.
