多晶硅氯氢化装置补充氢隔膜压缩机十字头铜套磨损原因分析与改善探讨

摘要 补充氢气压缩机是多晶硅行业氯氢化装置中的关键设备,它为生产系统的稳定运行不断的补充高纯氢气,其稳定而高效的运行对于生产系统的稳定性及提高氯硅烷产量起到十分重要的作用。本文针对GD4型隔膜压缩机运转过程中出现的运转部件异常磨损的原因,从受力、结构设计等方面进行分析并针对性的提出改进措施,结果表明,通过改进后的压缩机组运行可靠性大大提高,能够满足生产的需要。 The supplementary hydrogen compressor is the key equipment in the hydrochlorination unit of polysilicon industry.It continuously replenishes the high purity hydrogen for the stable operation of production system.Its stable and efficient operation plays an important role in the stability of production system and the increase of chlorosilane output.Aiming at the reason of abnormal wear of operating parts in the operation of GD4 diaphragm compressor,the analysis is carried out and the targeted improved measures are pointed out from the stress,structure design and other aspects.The results show that the operation reliability of the improved compressor unit is greatly improved,which can meet the needs of production.
