摘要 分析了往复压缩机连杆小头瓦烧研故障原因,并根据设备的实际结构特点,进行了有效改进。目前,改进后的压缩机已应用于工业生产,连续运行至今未发生故障。通过对往复压缩机轴瓦的改造,解决了装置稳定运行重大安全隐患,对在日常操作中如何避免同类事故的发生,保证该机组长周期运行,提出了一些经验。 The paper analyzed the reason of the reciprocating compressor connecting rod tile burning, and according to the actual structure of the equipment, effectively improvement is carried out. At present, the compressor after the improvement has been applied to industrial production, and there is no fault during the continuous operation. Through the transformation of reciprocating compressor bearing, the stable operation of the device to significant security risks is solved. Some experiences put forward on avoiding the occurrence of similar accident in daily operation and ensuring the long period operation of the machine.
