摘要
针对某国产数控系统寿命数据小子样的特点,采用多元线性回归理论得到试验终结时间、平均截尾比例、平均失效数、数控系统数量和平均失效率的拟合模型。为利用其他型号系统的寿命数据,采用自助法确定先验信息分布参数,并比较利用逆变换法和筛选抽样法得到的结果,确定超参数,保证数控系统可靠性评估的有效性。
Aimed at the characteristics of a small sample of life data of a domestic NC system,the fitting models of test end time,average end ratio,average failure number,number of NC systems and average failure rate were obtained by using multiple linear regression theory.In order to use the life data of other types of systems,the self-help method was adopted to determine the prior information distribution parameters,and the results obtained by using the inverse transformation method and the screening sampling method were compared to determine the super-parameters,so as to ensure the effectiveness of the reliability evaluation of the NC system.
