摘要
对课题组近几年的工作在理论和实践方面进行了全面总结,结合国内机床制造企业的实际,提出数控机床可靠性增长的"8341"可靠性工程概念,可以作为企业开展可靠性工作的方法论。"8341"可靠性工程以培育8项核心理念为切入点,以实施3个阶段的精细化控制为主线,以打造4大可靠性保障能力为手段,以建立1个可靠性管理体系为核心。全面介绍"8341"可靠性工程的概念、体系架构及实施流程,希望能对国产机床的可靠性增长提供理论与技术方面的全面支持。
In this paper,the research work in the aspect of theory and practice of recent years has carried on the comprehensive summary,combines the actual conditions of domestic machine tool manufacturing enterprise,proposes the ' 8341' reliability of NC machine tools reliability growth engineering concept,it can be used as the methodology of enterprise to carry out the work reliability. ' 8341' reliability engineering to foster eight core concept as the breakthrough point,in order to implement the three stages of fine control as the main line,by means of reliability 4 large support capability,to establish a reliability management system as the core. In this paper,a comprehensive introduction ' 8341' of the concept of reliability engineering,architecture and implementation process,hoping to provide theoretical and technical aspects of the comprehensive support for the ot growth the reliability of domestic machine tools.
