摘要
新冠肺炎疫情发生以来,医务工作者不顾个人安危,坚守岗位、恪尽职守,是疫情来袭时最美的逆行者,用实际行动诠释了家国情怀、民族精神、团结精神、社会责任和职业精神的深刻内涵。将医务工作者的“最美逆行”精神融入医学生隐性职业素养培育中,是对我国传统优秀医学文化的传承,是现代医学教育发展的内在要求,更是我国当前卫生健康事业的现实要求。医学院校要以此次疫情防控为契机,完善人才培养目标、指明培育方向,推进课程设置改革、提供理论指导,融合不同阶段培养、促进能力养成,发挥网络工具价值、提升培育效果,多方面探索医学生隐性职业素养培育的路径。
Since the outbreak of COVID-19,regardless of personal safety,medical staffs stick to their posts and fulfill their duties.They are the most beautiful retrograde during the epidemic.They have demonstrated the profound connotation of patriotism,national spirit,solidarity,social responsibility and professionalism with their practical actions.To integrate the spirit of“most beautiful retrograde”of medical staffs into the cultivation of recessive professional quality of medical students,which is the inheritance of China’s traditional excellent medical culture,the internal requirement of the development of modern medical education and the realistic requirement of China’s current health cause.Medical colleges and universities should take the epidemic prevention and control as an opportunity,improve the personnel training objectives and indicate the cultivation direction,promote curriculum reform to provide theoretical guidance,integrate different stages training to promote the cultivation of ability,give full play to the value of network tools to enhance the cultivation effect,and explore ways to cultivate medical students’recessive professional quality in various aspects.
