摘要
在长输油气管道维抢修行业,为了确保应急维抢修队伍响应及时有效,提高应急抢修设备出动的快速性,保障物资调遣过程中设备及配套器具的安全性和完整性,开展了综合多台套设备的集装化建设实践应用。介绍了集装开孔封堵作业配套抢修设备的综合集装箱和满足更换隐患管道短节紧急抢修任务需要及油品回收基本功能的综合集装箱。通过近三年的实践应用,得出了两种类型集装箱的优缺点,为维抢修单位综合性多台套设备集装化建设提供了借鉴。
In the long-distance oil and gas pipeline maintenance and repair industry,in order to ensure the timely and effective response of the emergency maintenance team,improve the speed of emergency repair equipment deployment,and ensure the safety and integrity of equipment and supporting equipment in the process of material dispatch,the containerized construction of multiple sets of equipment has been carried out.This paper introduces the comprehensive container of emergency repair equipment for container opening and plugging operation and the comprehensive container which can meet the urgent repair task of replacing the hidden pipe nipple and the basic function of oil recovery.The advantages and disadvantages of the two types of containers are obtained through the practical application in recent three years,which provides reference for the construction of integrated multiple sets of equipment for maintenance and emergency repair units.
