摘要
应用型技术大学的培养质量已成为高等教育大众化进程中的一个重要方面,以学校为主体的教育质量保障的内部保障体系,要求高校在每个环节中充分融入应用技术型人才培养目标,以培养目标为核心,提升学生的实践能力。该文以应用技术型高校教师和学生为主要调研对象,对应用技术型高校的培养目标、课程教学实践、师资队伍、质量评估等四个方面展开调研,找出现阶段应用技术型高校在内部质量保障中存在的问题,分析其原因并提出解决对策,希望对应用技术型高校在完善其内部质量保障体系中体现办学定位有所帮助。
The training quality of colleges and universities of applied technology has become an important topic in the process of higher education popularization.The internal assurance system of education quality assurance with colleges and universities as the main body requires colleges and universities to fully integrate the training goals of talents oriented by applied technology into each link,improving students'practical ability with the training goals as the core.With the teachers and students in colleges and universities of applied technology as the main research objects,this paper investigates the training goals,curriculum teaching practice,teaching staff and quality evaluation of colleges and universities of applied technology,finds the problems in the internal quality assurance of colleges and universities of applied technology in the current stage,analyzes the reasons,and proposes countermeasures,in order to provide help for colleges and universities of applied technology to highlight their school-running orientation in the improvement of their internal quality assurance system.
