摘要
以溶胶-凝胶燃烧合成法制备的铜基载氧体前驱体为研究对象,基于管式炉和紫外烟气分析仪进行实验,研究了氩气气氛下铜基载氧体前驱体煅烧过程中氮氧化物的释放特性,考察了管式炉升温速率和尿素添加质量对氮氧化物释放量的影响,采用量热仪、XRD、元素分析仪等手段对载氧体前驱体的物理化学性质进行表征。结果表明:NO与NO 2析出规律基本一致,即二者析出量均随温度的升高先增加后减少,在220℃左右达到峰值。NO是主要的氮氧化物,其质量释放峰值高达NO 2的5.2~15.3倍。相对较高的升温速率和较少的尿素添加质量有利于减少NO x的释放。
Taking the Cu-based oxygen carrier precursors which were prepared by sol-gel combustion synthesis as the research object,the release characteristics of nitrogen oxides during the calcinations of Cu-based oxygen carrier precursors in argon atmosphere were studied based on tube furnace and ultraviolet flue gas analyzer.The effects of heating rate in the tube furnace and the mass of urea added during precursors preparation on the releases of nitrogen oxides were further investigated.In addition,the physicochemical properties of the oxygen carrier precursor were characterized by calorimeter,XRD and elemental analyzer.The results show that the emissions of NO and NO 2 are almost the same:both mass concentrations increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of temperatures,and reach their peaks at about 220℃.NO is the main nitrogen oxide,and its release mass concentration peak is as high as 5.2 to 15.3 times of that NO 2.The relatively higher heating rate and less mass of urea are beneficial to reduce the release of NO x.
