摘要
本文利用氢氧化学链消氢技术,基于铜基载氧体,研究不同启动温度,不同空速下消氢效率。根据最优参数设计出1 kW化学链消氢装置,运行结果表明,氢气去除率达到100%,完全能够消除40 kW燃料电池的尾氢。
The hydrogen-oxygen chemical chain hydrogen-eliminating technology based on copper-based oxygen carrier is used in this development.The hydrogen-eliminating efficiency at different starting temperatures and different space velocities are introduced.According to the optimal parameters,a 1kW chemical chain hydrogen-eliminating device was designed.The operation results show that the hydrogen removal rate reaches up to 100%and the hydrogen in the tail gas from 40kW fuel cells can be completely removed.
