摘要
目的探讨图谱法康复锻炼应用于髋关节骨折患者术后康复价值。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月期间本院收治的126例髋关节骨折患者为研究对象,采用双盲法将其均分为对照组和观察组各63例。对照组患者给予常规康复锻炼干预,观察组患者给予图谱法康复锻炼干预,观察并比较两组患者干预前后的髋关节功能、手术结局以及护理满意度情况。结果实施图谱法康复锻炼护理干预后,观察组髋关节功能评分(87.93±5.83)显著高于对照组患者评分(71.92±6.45)(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后并发症发生率(3.17%)明显低于对照组患者(15.87%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意率(95.24%)显著高于对照组患者(82.54%)(P<0.05)。结论图谱法康复锻炼护理干预可显著提升髋关节骨折患者术后髋关节功能恢复,有效降低术后并发症,提高护理满意度,对患者获取优质康复结局具有重要作用,临床效果显著,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore the value of map-based rehabilitation exercise in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hip fracture.Methods From December 2017 to December 2019,126 patients with hip fracture in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and were divided into two groups by double-blind method,63 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation exercise intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given map-based rehabilitation exercise intervention.The hip function before and after the intervention,surgical outcomes,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After implementing the map-based rehabilitation exercise nursing intervention,the hip function score in the observation group[(87.93±5.83)]was significantly higher than that in the control group[(71.92±6.45)](P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(3.17%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.87%)(P<0.05);the rate of nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.54%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Map-based rehabilitation exercise nursing intervention can significantly improve the recovery of hip function after hip fracture,effectively reduce postoperative complications,improve nursing satisfaction,has an important role in obtaining high-quality rehabilitation outcomes for patients,with remarkable clinical effect,is worth popularizing and applying.
