学龄期儿童膝关节隐性骨折的MRI诊断 被引量：6

MRI diagnosis of occult fracture of knee joint in school children

摘要 目的探讨学龄期儿童膝关节隐性骨折的MRI表现特征,提高对该疾病的认识。方法回顾性分析经临床和MR检查证实的20例学龄期儿童膝关节隐性骨折资料。结果骨折线累及骨皮质4例,累及关节软骨5例,累及骺软骨3例,仅累及骨髓8例。骨折线形态呈条带状7例,网状5例,团片状雨雾样改变8例,其中3例出现"对吻征",2例呈"夹心蛋糕样"改变。骨折发生在股骨髁8例,胫骨平台11例,髌骨5例,腓骨小头2例,部分病例损伤同时发生在膝关节多个骨端。结论 MRI对学龄期儿童膝关节隐性骨折具有重要价值。
