摘要
目的探讨问题导向式健康教育对肋骨骨折患者生活质量及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2017年2月—2019年3月在九八九医院就诊的肋骨骨折患者84例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组予以问题导向式健康教育干预。对比两组患者的生活质量及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组患者的身体功能、心理状态、社会功能、物质生活的评分差为7.79±2.35、6.36±1.64、5.45±1.71、4.55±1.39,分别大于干预前的2.57±0.82、1.96±0.71、1.65±0.62、1.30±0.54,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问题导向式健康教育可有效改善改善肋骨骨折患者生活质量,提升护理满意度,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based health education on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with rib fracture.Methods A total of 84 patients with rib fractures treated in the 989 Hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The observation group was given problem-based health education intervention.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the difference of scores on physical function,mental state,social function,and material life of the two groups were 7.79±2.35,6.36±1.64,5.45±1.71,and 4.55±1.39,respectively,which were higher than those before intervention with 2.57±0.82,1.96±0.71,1.65±0.62,1.30±0.54,respectively,and the different was statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.86%,and was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-based health education can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients with rib fracture and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing care,which is worthy of application.
