摘要
目的 研究舒适护理干预在多发肋骨骨折伴气胸患者中的应用效果。方法 选取本院于2021年3月至2022年9月收治的多发肋骨骨折伴气胸患者60例,分为对照组(30例,基础护理干预)和观察组(30例,舒适护理干预)。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组患者疼痛缓解时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、VAS评分低于对照组,排痰困难、非常困难占比低于对照组,压疮、感染、深静脉血栓总发生率低于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者排痰容易占比高于对照组,总满意度高于对照组,自我认知、病情控制、治疗信心评分高于对照组,GCQ评分、QOL评分高于对照组,对比结果差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 舒适护理干预在多发肋骨骨折伴气胸患者中的应用效果显著优于基础护理干预。
Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing intervention on patients with multiple rib fractures and pneumothorax.Methods Sixty patients with multiple rib fractures and pneumothorax admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as control group(30 cases,basic nursing intervention) and observation group(30 cases,comfort nursing intervention).The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pain relief time,getting out of bed activity time,hospital stay time and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the proportion of difficulty and very difficulty in expectoration was lower than that in the control group,and the total incidence of pressure ulcer,infection and deep vein thrombosis was lower than that in the control group,and the difference in the comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the total satisfaction group was higher than that of the control group,the scores of self-awareness,disease control and treatment confidence were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of GCQ scale and QOL scale were higher than those of the control group,and the difference in the comparison results was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comfort nursing intervention in patients with multiple rib fractures and pneumothorax is significantly better than that of basic nursing intervention.
