摘要
针对干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘事故频繁发生的问题,提出了在振荡波下进行局部放电的绝缘检测方法,设计了一种能有效避免绝缘故障的干式空心电抗器绝缘检测系统.根据现场技术指标要求,通过MATLAB/Simulink搭建仿真模型确定系统中关键参数,利用试验平台对系统参数进行验证.结果表明,系统能有效地检测到故障电抗器两端电压振荡波的衰减和频率变化,通过引入局部放电检测手段,系统能清晰直观地检测出电抗器可能存在的微弱缺陷,及时发现干式空心电抗器早期绝缘故障,杜绝恶性事故的发生.
Focused on the frequent occurrence of interturn insulation accidents in dry-type air-core reactor,an insulation detection method for partial discharge under oscillation wave was proposed,and an insulation detection system which could effectively prevent the insulation faults was designed.According to the on-spot requirements for technical indicators,the key parameters of system were determined by establishing a simulation model with MATLAB/Simulink,and the system parameters were verified by a test platform.The results show that the as-proposed system can effectively detect the attenuation of voltage oscillation wave and the change of frequency on both ends of failed reactor.Through introducing the partial discharge detection method,the as-proposed system can detect the weak defects possibly existing in the reactor clearly and intuitively,find out the early insulation faults of dry-type air-core reactor in time,and prevent the malignant accidents.
