干式空心电抗器故障及运维策略分析 被引量:25

摘要 为分析500 k V变电站内干式空心电抗器频繁故障的原因,对干式空心电抗器的结构、特点进行了研究,在分析电网内发生的多起干式空心电抗器故障后发现,引起电抗器故障的最直接原因为匝间短路且故障多发生在干式电抗器投入运行1 h内,引起匝间短路的原因为维护不当、正常投切过程中产生的操作过电压、制造工艺不良、制造材料不良等,线圈匝间绝缘缺陷、包封表面缺陷、局部温升过高是容易导致干式空心电抗器发生故障的3个薄弱环节。根据这些故障特点,从严格执行反措、加强日常巡维等方面对干式空心电抗器的故障提出了有效的防护措施。 For the analysis of frequent fault of dry-type air-core reactor in 500 kV substation, the structure and features of the reactor is studied. After the analysis of the multiple faults inside the power grid, it is found that the most direct fault reason is the inter-turn short circuit within one hours of the reactor operation. The reason of inter-turn short circuit is due to improper maintenance, operating overvoltage caused during normal switching period, imperfect manufacturing process and material etc. Insulation defects in inter-turn of coil, the surface of encapsulation insulation and excessive high partial temperature are the three weak points which easily leading to fault of the reactor. According to these fault characteristics, the effective protective measures to the fault of the reactor are proposed from the aspects of following the counter measures and strengthening daily patrol and maintenance etc.
