摘要
采用溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)和溴化异丁烯–对甲基苯乙烯共聚物(BIMSM)与二元尼龙,利用动态硫化技术,通过双螺杆挤出机制备动态硫化合金(DVA)。借助原子力显微镜、橡胶加工分析仪、动态机械热分析仪对获得的DVA分别进行了微观相态和动态性能分析。结果表明,BIMSM体系与二元尼龙的界面作用和相容性大于BIIR,增容剂MP加入改善了橡塑界面作用,从而形成更精细的相态结构。力学性能和气密性能测试表明,BIMSM体系获得的DVA拉伸、撕裂、压缩永久变形性能较好,气体阻隔性能约为传统的热固性的BIIR气密层的7~8倍。增容剂明显改善了DVA的各项力学性能,但对气密性能改善作用不大。
The dynamically vulcanized alloys(DVA)of brominated butyl rubber(BIIR)/binary nylon(BPA)and brominated copolymer of isobutylene and p-methylene(BIMSM)/BPA were prepared by dynamic vulcanization technology through twin screw extruder.The phase morphological structures and dynamic behaviors of obtained DVA were analyzed were investigated by aid of atomic force microscopy,rubber processing analyzer and dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer.The results show that the interfacial interaction is improved by compatibilizer and the interaction between BIMSM and BPA is superior to that between BIIR and BPA,which would promote better fine phase structure.The characterization of mechanical properties and gas permeability reveal that BIMSM/BPA DVA has better tensile and tear properties and lower compression set,and compared with BIIR cured rubber,gas barrier performance is improved by about 7–8 times.The incorporation of compatibilizer enhance significantly the mechanical properties of DVA,however,has little effect on gas barrier.
