摘要
采用环保型废橡胶复原机制备丁基再生橡胶(R-IIR),研究R-IIR的基本性能及其与溴化丁基橡胶(BIIR)并用在轮胎气密层中的应用。结果表明:R-IIR的各项性能均达到国家标准要求;以5~25份R-IIR与BIIR并用,随着R-IIR并用量的增大,胶料的粘辊性改善,加工性能提高,FL相差不大,Fmax先减小后增大,t 10和t90总体延长;硫化胶的拉伸性能略有下降,撕裂强度变化不大,耐热氧老化性能和气密性保持良好。
The reclaimed butyl rubber(R-IIR)was prepared by environmental-friendly waste rubber recovery process,and the basic properties of R-IIR and its application in the inner liner of tire with brominated butyl rubber(BIIR)was studied.The results showed that,the properties of R-IIR met the requirements of national standards.When 5~25 phr of R-IIR were blended with BIIR,with the dosage of R-IIR increased,the roller adhesion and processability of the compound were improved,the FL was similar,the Fmax was decreased at first and then increased,the t10 and t90 were overall extended.The tensile properties of the vulcanizate decreased slightly with the addition of R-IIR,the tear strength changed little,and the thermo-oxidative aging resistance and air tightness remained good.
