摘要
目的探讨老年结直肠癌根治术患者围手术期无痛化管理护理模式的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月间西安市第九医院收治的100例结直肠癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和常规组,每组50例。常规组患者在围手术期采用常规疼痛护理模式,观察组患者采用无痛化管理护理模式,比较两组患者疼痛情况和术后恢复情况。结果护理前,两组患者疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者疼痛评分均较护理前下降,且观察组低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者术后肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间及住院时长均短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论老年结直肠癌根治术患者加强围手术期无痛化管理护理模式,有助于减轻患者疼痛,促进术后恢复,临床应用价值较好。
Objective To explore the efficacy of perioperative painless management-based nursing in elderly patients undergoing radical resection for colorectal cancer.Methods One hundred patients with colorectal cancer treated at Ninth Hospital of Xi'an from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected.They were divided into an observation group and a convention group using random number table method with 50 patients in each group.The observation group received painless management-based nursing and the convention group received conventional nursing during the perioperative period.Postoperative pain and recovery were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the pain score decreased in both groups compared with before nursing with the pain score lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Time to anal exhaust,eating and out-of-bed activity and length of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than in the convention group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative painless management-based nursing is helpful to reduce the pain and promote the recovery in elderly patients undergoing radical operation for colorectal cancer.It is worthy of clinical application.
