摘要
小槐花为豆科植物小槐花的干燥根及全株,产自长江以南各省,西至喜马拉雅山,东至台湾。生于山坡、路旁草地、沟边、林缘或林下,海拔150-1000米。国内外学者研究表明,小槐花含有多种类型的化学成分,比如黄酮类、挥发油、生物碱类、萜类。现代药理学研究表明,小槐花具有解热镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化、抗真菌等多种药理活性。本文综述了国内外小槐花化学成分和药理作用的研究进展,以期为小槐花的药效物质基础研究,综合开发和临床应用提供科学依据。
Xiaohuaihua is produced in the provinces south of the Yangtze River,west to the Himalayas,and east to Taiwan.It’s the dried root and whole plant of the leguminous plant Ohwiacaudate(Thunberg)H.Ohashi,which born on mountain slopes,roadsides,grasslands,streamsides,forest margins,the altitude of 150-1000 m.Studies at home and abroad showed that Xiaohuaihua contains a various of chemical components,such as flavonoids,volatile oils,alkaloids,and terpenes.Modern pharmacological research indicated that Xiaohuaihua has different pharmacological activities such as antipyretic,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-fungal and so on.This article reviewed the research progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Xiaohuaihua at home and abroad,with a view to provide scientific basis for the medicinal substance basic research,comprehensive development and clinical application of Xiaohuaihua.
