摘要
女性生育与就业的关系问题一直是学界关注的重点。近年来,随着"全面二孩"政策的实施,特别是具有"女性"和"外来人"双重身份的流动女性在年龄上多处于生育旺盛期,其生育与就业的冲突进一步加剧。对此,本文以社会角色理论为分析框架,梳理了流动女性生育行为对其就业稳定性的影响,并在此基础上提出相应建议以缓解流动女性生育与稳定性就业之间的矛盾。
The relationship between women’s fertility and employment has always been the focus of academic attention.In recent years,with the implementation of the "comprehensive two child" policy,especially the floating women with dual identities of "female" and "outsider" are mostly in the fertile period at their age,and the conflict between their childbirth and employment is further intensified.Based on the social role theory,this paper analyzes the impact of migrant women’s reproductive behavior on their employment stability,and puts forward corresponding suggestions to alleviate the contradiction between migrant women’s childbirth and stable employment.
