摘要
蓝领工人已成为我国工人队伍中的主力军,从现代工人的角度来说,这些出生在农村而就业在城市的蓝领工人显然有着更高的学历以及更多元化的价值取向。通过对RS公司离职蓝领工人的调查分析,找出蓝领工人就业不稳定的影响因素,并提出了相应的解决方法。
Blue-collar workers have become the main force of the workforce in our country.From the perspective of modern workers,these blue-collar workers who were born in the countryside but employed in the city obviously have higher education and more diversified value orientation.Through the investigation and analysis of the blue-collar workers who quit RS company,this paper finds out the unstable factors of the blue-collar workers employment,and advances some corresponding solutions.
