摘要
华夏文化展示中心主体结构为空间网架+桁架组合结构,形式复杂多变,对网架安装、测量定位、变形控制等施工技术具有较高要求,本文针对组合结构的特点,提出了搭设局部承重满堂脚手架操作平台,进行高空散装的施工方案,并对双曲面空间网架的测量定位以及焊接球、螺栓球、空间桁架组合结构的安装技术进行分析并提出了科学的解决方案,保证了网架安装的精度和施工质量。
The main structure of Huaxia Culture Exhibition Center is a combination of space grid+truss structure.The form is complex and changeable.It has high requirements for grid installation,measurement and positioning,deformation control and other construction techniques.This paper proposes the erection of the characteristics of the combined structure.The partial load-bearing scaffolding operation platform is used to carry out the high-altitude bulk construction plan,and the measurement and positioning of the hyperboloid space grid and the installation technology of the welding ball,bolt ball,and space truss composite structure are analyzed and scientific solutions are proposed to ensure The precision and construction quality of grid installation.
