摘要
目的:观察雷火灸联合低频脉冲电刺激理疗在经产妇产后宫缩痛中的应用效果。方法:选取120例经产妇宫缩痛患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用低频脉冲电刺激理疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合雷火灸治疗。比较两组治疗后24、48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,子宫复旧良好率及产后恢复指标水平。结果:治疗后24、48 h,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组子宫复旧良好率为96.67%(58/60),明显高于对照组的75.00%(45/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恶露持续时间短于对照组,子宫三径之和优于对照组,产后24 h出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合低频脉冲电刺激理疗治疗经产妇产后宫缩痛,可降低VAS评分,改善产后恢复指标水平,提高子宫复旧良好率,其效果优于单纯低频脉冲电刺激理疗治疗效果。
Objective:To explore application effects of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy on postpartum uterine contraction pain of primiparas.Methods:120 patients with postpartum uterine contraction pain were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to a random number table,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low frequency electrical stimulation,while the observation group was combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of that of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the good rate of uterine involution and the levels of postpartum recovery indicators were compared between the two groups 24 and 48 hours after the treatment.Results:24 and 48 h after the treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The good rate of uterine involution in the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),which was significantly higher than 75.00%(45/60)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of lochia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;the sum of the three diameters of the uterus was better than that in the control group;the 24 h postpartum amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with low frequency electrical stimulation therapy can reduce the VAS score,improve the postpartum recovery indicator levels,and increase the good rate of uterine involution.Moreover,it is superior to single low frequency electrical stimulation therapy.
